I made an order. But no one contacted me.

When will I get my order?

Do you guarantee delivery without delays?

Any courier delivery carries certain risks - traffic congestion, weather conditions, pandemic and unforeseen circumstances - all this can delay the courier on the way. Especially if delivery is carried out to the regions. We are constantly working to ensure that you receive your order on time.

I received the game, but there is not enough card/figure/dice/chip, what should I do?

Unfortunately, it is extremely rare, but it happens that the assembler did not deliver the necessary components to the game. Contact us - write a letter and attach photos by email and we will definitely solve this problem.

Are wholesale purchases possible and what are the conditions and discounts?
